Striking small caps since Feb2021 in a slow trickle down in the most vulnerable companies, sideways since in general. The delays of the actions of the FEDZZZombies made it worse as they've been sleeping on the job. The VIX hit its 3rd highest spike in over 30 years at the beginning of August. There isn't much to show for anything good coming anytime soon, September usually kicks off the tax loss harvesting season, it is said that the 17th is the worse day. The next two years are probably going to be hell just looking at how the volatility index goes after such spikes. I'm considering increasing my TMF and UVIX positions.

Good morning Mo. I was just curious, when you say you sold off most of your equities does this mean that you sold all your stocks even in your long-term portfolio? I am just wondering if I should be taking some profits by selling some of my Google and Amazon that is up in my long-term portfolio… Unfortunately Tesla is still in the negative so just holding onto that one in there lol 🤔
I was thinking that safest play would be too just buy more stocks once the crash happens and I can get them at a cheap price and keep adding to my long-term portfolio. However, this way I am never taking profits when I am up… 🤪🙏❤️
