There is a company out there by the name of OOMA. I am not one to deal with devices much but recently I have had to have had to shop around for a company that would provide me with an 800 number. I filled out a request form online so that companies who offer VOIP services could contact me. i know nothing at all about voip and had never heard of it until it was recommended to me because of the business that I have been setting up. OOMA WAS ONE OF THE FIRST TO CONTACT ME AND I WISH THAT I HAD NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. This company as far as its dealings with me have not even risen to the level of 3rd rate. The sales rep lied to me about two very important things and the 1st was something that would make my decision on whether or not i was going to start a service with OOMA. That condition was the fact that i am completly clueless when it come to setting things like devices up and i also have one hand to do so which really makes thingS a pain in the butt so i made that clear to the crooked little shit when he was selling me on his OOMA product and he assured me that he had people in the field and he assured me the a field tech would be at my residence the following Tuesday at 9am. That was the 1st lie now the second is no better and how they allow their reps to practice these decietful sales tactics is beyound me. The little jaggoff told me that i entered into a 2 year contract, only until later and after speaking to I am going to say at least 8 different people from that company and not one of them telling me the they do not have contracts even though i was demanding to be set free from a contract with them that did not even exist. I FOUND THAT OUT BY PULLING THEM UP AND RESEARCHING THEIR COMPANY. These people are the worst of the worst they never put the intial $49.00 start up fee back on my card, they sent me a phone to use as a VOIP PHONE AND IT HAS NEVER BEEN HOOKED UP AS OF YET AND WE ARE 3 MONTHS INTO THIS SHIT. All of there attepts to walk me through the setup process were a mute point because nothing worked and i just wanted to be done with these people. Their customers relations department promised that they would email me an address so that i could mail this flippin useless phone back to them but they never sent an address so that i could mail it back and it has been 3 months and these worthless maggots are still charging my credit card for a service that i have never had. i am at my witts end with these people and i just dont know what to do. Im writing this so if anyone out there has any potential dealings with them i have told you what they have done as far as my dealing are concerned with them. GARBAGE FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE
