The empathy Tamara showed despite the disrespectful behavior Sarah gestured towards her… Lawrence is upset about the wrong thing. If that’s the case, Erica has the right to be upset about him not being over his deceased wife… so, if he needs to run for her, she needs to run from him, because he’s not ready for a relationship either.
