My country was never poor around 90 percent below poverty line people are illegal migrants from Bangladesh and many muslim religion followers in india have children around 5 which makes their condition more poor

they didn't get ration card maybe there is a high chance that they are illegal immigrants from Bangladesh or they are Rohingyas...if you have proper documents then you will definitely get a ration card..
