---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Easy 5 Step Process for Aerosol Can Application and Laser Marking.

Chapters:
0:13 1. Clean: Wipe the substrate with alcohol so it's free of dirt and oil.
0:20 2. Shake: Shake well for 2 minutes.
0:26 3. Spray: Hold the can at about 45 degrees and about 6 to 8 inches away from the substrate. This process is similar to spray painting. Make sure it's a well-ventilated area, or use a spray booth with an exhaust fan, especially if working on a large surface. No need to overspray.
0:32 3b. Dry: The spray will dry on its own in a few minutes. (Optional: you can speed this process up with a heat gun or hairdryer.)
0:36 4. Etch: Use a C02 or Fiber Laser to etch the desired mark. In the video, we used a Trotec Rayjet50 30W CO2 Laser at 20% Speed and 100% Power. Settings may be different for other lasers or grades of stainless steel.
0:45 5. Rinse: Wash or wipe with a wet cloth. No need to wait after marking.

I saw the video well. Can I dig it up with an intaglio? That means digging it out a little so you can put the collar in it.

Is this just for CO2 lasers or does this work with fiber lasers as well?
