Its called "Leib" in Estonia. But "Sai" means normal white bread. In Google translate they both Are Same tho.

What the bloody heck is with the subliminal EU phile messaging. 5G? Angela Merkel? Game of thrones?

This is dumb and I will tell you why. Black bread or rye bread is made from sour dough. It takes a week to make the sour dough starter where is this mentioned? Yes, this is not supposed to be a recipe video but it could have been among other things. There are so many missed opportunities.

Also Estonians don´t say "may the bread last". "Jätku leiba" translates to "let there be enough bread" - technically you are wishing for everyone to have enough food, however, it is used the same as Bon Appetit.

I rate this video lazy out of /10, especially because there was a whole crew behind the scenes. But who am I to complain. Its better than nothing.
