The description is wild. There's a huge difference between floating in water, and skimming over the surface at a speed that drives you upwards.

You wouldn't say that a rock being skipped on water in "floating". Same principle of hitting the water at an angle, which acts as a fluid ramp.

Water skipping a snowmachine is all about track speed.

A 146" track allows a slightly faster track acceleration than the 154" track. Either the 2.5 or 3 inch paddles will do fine treading water once the 850 turbo is pinned.

You can see the recovery ropes mounted on the gas tank.

I've seen snowmobiles so jumps all day but to land on the water like that truly is a display of mechanics over physics 😯
The tracks have so much surface area and are rotating at such speed that it is able to use the waters surface tension to stay afloat with ease 🎉 wow, epic stuff
