Might have been storage for a car lot that went out of business. Over here some used car lots contract parking areas in large parking structures. Being that one had a window sticker showing the model year I’d hazard a guess that it was one that failed suddenly and these assets were either never seized by the bank or the owner didn’t have a property lien.

I remember working at a Lexus car dealership that still has the original Lexus building design from the early 90’s. We would hold on to military service members vehicles if they were on deployment for only $150 for their entire deployment. Well one lonely 2004 Lexus IS350 was sitting there for way longer than your standard deployment. We got a hold of the gentlemen’s family it turns out he was KIA. In Iraq most saddest thing ever honestly.
