I can sense that you've driven Shelby Cobra 427 somewhere while having helmet on ? Where when and how did it feel like ?
Can you explain why in FM4...
1. Chase Camera view, where car stands 6-10 meters away from the screen, sounds are like coming from millimeters away ?
2. Roof camera, why does it sound like there is no hood installed and where's the wind resistance ?
3. Why every single vehicle sounds like it has stripped off interior, my Mercedes doesnt "Roar" into your ear while driving...

When I said native, I wasn't mentioning 1920 x 1080. Of course it doesn't support native 1080, but it's true resolution is 1280 x 1080, which uses a 50% higher pixel increase. Forza's native is 720p, while GT5 is rendered at 1280 x 1080. Only some parts in GT5 prologue used full native resolution, such as dealerships, menus, and pre races (before the races start).

2.- the dashboard is always bright in FM4, even when outside light isn't hitting it. Look at 0:45 - 1:00, and 1:20 to both shadows into the dashboard, you will notice that in GT5, it turns from flat, to have some depth, and that is a great 3d effect based in great lightning.:D

@cloudskipa Cause he used Comfort Tires, not sport tires or even race tires which means, he didnt get the grip.

@cloudskipa also in forza 4, everything sounds like if it has open headers. Plus back when this car released, it didn't have traction control, so the tires are turning over on the straits, also because the car has no traction control, so the comfort tires are going to be spinning alot quicker. Gran-Turismo is a simulator, they spent 6 years on the game for a reason.

2 things i noticed, gt5 the reflections on the car are very low resolution and seem to run at a lower refresh rate, looks kinda bad when you put it right next to forza

Well if you look closely the cars are fundamentally different. The Forza car is a Shelby Cobra 427 which not all models had the wing mirrors. The car in GT5 is ACTUALLY an AC Cobra 427 which is the "same" car. However the mirror placement on the cars was slightly different. Let alone not all Shelby Cobra 427 had the side mirrors. Given this the the no wing mirrors or different position of the wing mirrors is a accurate portrayal of the car.

@MrUppmas And keep in mind that GT5 also has night racing, weather effects, rally, F1 cars, karting, Nascar, animated pit-stops etc. This is why Forza 4 isn't up the same level as GT5 is. Is it so hard for people to see that? xD

@obscuresword If you do an easy Google Images search, you'll see that the visor is a not on all the Shelby Cobras. Im guessing Forza decided to render a Cobra that didnt have the visor...

actually no, i have both and i can assure you GT5 when in cockpit view you mostly hear the engine and transmission, that vacuum cleaner some people complain about is actually an accurate sound of a racing transmission(look at it) but change the view and the sound will change too, on FM4 is basically the muffler sound only on every view, it sounds good tho. on a real race car you hear the engine and transmission and the muffler goes to a second term so GT5 is pretty much realistic on that.
