Dedication and passion best describe the team at Baltimore's new canine training facility on Northern Parkway. They train the dogs who help to track down criminals, locate evidence, and respond to bomb threats. The same team, and same dogs, also help to keep you safe when you go to a Ravens or Orioles game. They miss holidays, birthdays and special events with their families, but it is a job they are committed to and obviously love. When the Signal 13 Board of Directors held its meeting at the canine facility last week, they got a first hand look at the training that goes into making these dogs elite and some of the best in the country.
