Iberia Business Class on A350 from New York JFK to Madrid - AVERAGE

I'm amazed at the negative comments. I went MAD-BOG on 21st May and was so impressed. Brilliant service, excellent food and wines, and I had the suite. When I next go, I'll only take IBERIA.

one question I remember before main meal service they were serving snack and drink I saw almonds on the try do they served you before main meal or it was together and what about hot towels?

Flew in your exact seat about month ago, Very nice flight but I found the shoulder seat buckle stabbing my back pretty annoying. And I completely agree with your comments regarding the service and comfort, very lackluster service for the cost.

To me, Iberia is the best way possible to fly to the USA, airlines in the US are horrible

Premium economy is perfectly adequate for any flight under 7 hours, I would only book business class for for flights 8 hours plus and that were overnight

IB has become stagnant in the last few years... seeing this reminded me how pretty much everything from the hard product to the amenities have remained identical since 2019 (first and only time I flew them in J). Don't get me wrong, J is of course better than Y any day of the week, but in comparison to most TATL J products (maybe bar LH) it doesn't have a particularly compelling offering. Heck, even BA has rolled out the CW Suites and are miles better than IB as of today. The Suites in the new A359s are a step in the right direction and I really hope that they refresh their older A359s and A330s with the new product... though It's probably wishful thinking especially now that they have acquired UX and basically have a monopoly on the Spanish market and are in a dominant position on the Europe to Latin America corridor

Flying has become so stressful now, that people just want to eat and go to sleep on long haul flights, especially on US carriers and the crew is hoping all the passengers does..It's like you are disturbing them when you want service, not on Asian and Middle Eastern carriers like Emirates, Qatar, Singapore, Ethiad, etc and the ones with a bar and lounge area..but they are also more expensive to fly...Iberia is noted for delays and not reliable, so is Tap....

All drinks are unlimited in First and business class, you paid for it..the flight attendants are just plain lazy.On most Asian.Middle Eastern airlines they are not, they will lose their job in a NY minute...
