kindly put this lecture as 21st lecture (ahead of the previous lecture because the concept of power factor is taught here and applied in the previous lecture). Thank You.

If S is analogous to Pdc (DC power) then it is a scalar, but you have written that in the form of a polar coordinates at 10.16. Please correct. It creates lot of confusion.

sir can you tell me, which book should i prefer to solve gate ece problems

Sir, why it is necessary to satisfy S with Pavg and take I*, while S and Pavg are two different quatities?

Refer to the very last numerical where you find average power in a resister using superposition, I think you forgot to multiply power factor in the last step of calculation. Kindly check.

sir how to add two sinusoids with different frequency was not explained

please correct me if i am wrong.I think raactive power unit is VAR and complex or total power unit is VA.

If S=VI*, then what is the difference between complex power & apparent power? I am thinking that apparent power is a absolute value & it is product of V(rms) *I(rms)..
Sir please give clarity....

Apparent power and average power both are different but average Powe and active Power or true power or useful power are same. Am I correct. Please reply sir.

sir last problem.
why cant we take direct Vrms value of V1&V2 ? bcz Avg power can be = Vrms square ÷ R

Hi sir one question is there in gate 2009 Zs=1+2j, Zl=7+4j,Vs=20rms,what will be the reactive power
