Kitchen infront of Drawing room; seems Flaw in Design. Even in chawls & shanty houses in Mumbai & Villages of India u don't find kitchen sink @ entrance of drawing room. This is typical BRAZIL's low cost housing design. Fire fighting equipment seems missing especially when chaiwala opens his tea stall in front of this building as Indians r good @ piling Garbages even by ISRO in outer space.

Who will pay risings electricity & Gas bills. What about Building repairs & maintenance as Municipality demand after 30 years when these people becomes unemployable??. Even though the municipality collect taxes from flat owners they will never pay any penny fo redevelopment. Its better Middle class who r economic contributor become poor & better Don't own property get it done by your Government why struggle in life.
