The best video ever. I've been suffering from release problems for 4 months. But you solved it for 3 classes.

Thanks o much for sharing this. I've only been shooting a few months and tried some of these exercises, and immediately noticed I had better groupings due to my release being more relaxed.

I really enjoyed this video, I will definitely keep the exercises in mind to be a better coach for my archers. Thank you for sharing!

I've always used my finger tips, I will try this as it looks much less painful after a days shoot. I just need to find a range that is open in Covid 19 world.

Was watching JD3 using his deep hook. Makes some sense but only if you can get that relaxed release. Will be fun to try these exercises and look for improvement. Thanks for the video!

Very informative for the beginners like me.

Often I lose shape when I press into my anchor point. I don't use a clicker, so learning to press hard into anchor and use my chin as a draw stop has improved my consistency, but it introduced some tension and instability in my draw hand.

Could someone elaborate on the 3rd exercise? He said to keep the same shape after the release but then he kind of changed it. Does he mean just to follow through linearly from the bow string? Like, not to pull it off to the side afterward? I noticed that pro archers generally follow through their hand to behind their heads, while amateurs more or less go off to the side

May I ask why most pro their ring finger seems to be on the tip of the RING
finger contrary to this video?
