Creative Exposures with Color Gels: OnSet ep. 214

Join Daniel Norton OnSet as he creates 2 very different images using the same Gelled lights. By controlling exposure value, we control saturation when working with gels. Over exposure at the background creates a clean white, while the light falls off creating a colored “kicker” on the model.

Great video but let me understand something you can achieve a high key background with gels and also get colored rims with the same background lights, I would of though you needs two more lights for the rims I'm a little lost.
