Good job! Really enjoyed this one. Even though I usually am a bit... uneasy about reducing RESTful resources to "just" being XML/JSON based CRUD, this one still provides a pretty good wrap-up of how to back JavaScript applications using Java EE. Recommended. NetBeans Inspect mode is quite nice a feature by the way.

Thank you for this video. It has answered all my questions on the topic Phonegap, AngularJS and Java EE backend.

Thanks! The Angular code completion and documentation is just a standard part of NetBeans IDE 7.4, nothing you need to do for that.

This is a great demonstration! I'd love to see more along the same lines. For example, how to integrate AngularJS with Java EE container managed security? Also, what did you need to do to get NetBeans to give you the cool documentation and auto-complete support for Angular?

Great video!! I'm trying to follow the vid, but there's a point where you have an AbstractFacade and ApplicationConfig java classes. Where should I look into to create them, and also, is this for a SpringContext?

Genius! Have you ever tried AngularJS with JSF for developing web components? What do you think?

Thank you for the code Geertjan.
The sample works fine :)
Got impressed by AngularJS at Jfokus 2014 here in Stockholm, I need to shape up my frontend skills - pronto!!

I will probably solve my 'but'.
I have a restful project ( 'Java EE 6 Web-project on computer-A)  which I am trying to call from your angularJS-example ( computer-B).
I am able to run 'curl' and fetch the JSON-representation from computer-B.
But when running the example I get something like the following error
"xmlhttprequest cannot load is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin. ".
I Thought the answer was to create that so I did that and redeployed but the error still remains.
I am using RestEasy for this project, could it be the problem ?

I can see that there is new configuration in my web.xml ( so Java EE 7 handles this differently )

regards, Ingimar

So, what is the current (Jan 2017) best method for front end development to go with J2EE on the server side?

Nice tutorial.. but its not working on my project... my netbeans version is 8.0.1 and you use  7.4. It's nothing to  do with the IDE version?

 my problem is
