This is NOT the main reason why he quit . He said it himself that riot Nerfed Sovas shock darts and more than 50% of this guys content and playstyle was so a dart line ups for kills . Also spending hours with his viewers learning line ups .
Riot wanted more shooting gubs for kills versus abilities .

Think of Valorant as Chess. The puzzles in Chess are like a preparation for ranked, and the gamemodes in Valorant are the preparation for playing Comp. And most importantly, you play these games just to WIN, and not neccesarily to have fun. Which kinda defeats the whole point of a "game", which is to have fun

The only things they have to do to make more content are workshop and make us able to buff/nerf agents (for expample making raze's nade bigger and doing more dmg), change prize of ults/abilities/guns and undo reworks (chamber, yoru, iso) on customs.

Not only is there no content for content creators, theres no content for regular players either. The last game mode they added was MONTHS ago, and they have multiple custom game modes that are fully complete, but they just refuse to allow into the game, for no reason. It's ridiculous and irritating.

I feel like the main reason is just burn out. Valorant has been Jonas’ main game for over 4 years now. In that time I have burned out and had to take multiple month long breaks 3 different times I couldn’t imagine the burn out of playing for over 4 years without those breaks. Now with Deadlock in early access he is switching over because he genuinely enjoys the game and also provides so much new content just about the game itself because it’s new but also since they are updating the game more often than Valorant since Deadlock is still in development.

Riot dosent realize that if the game is boring and the content is getting dull, fewer ppl would care for competitive pro scenes when most ppl wont be able to achieve that level of plays with their random teammates on a saturday night
