This is definitely not a dish to be prepared when you are in a rush. But the waiting is worth it! Mi dispiace ma non è la Genovese 🤷‍♂️ non si fa rosolare la carne ancora di meno in mezzo litro d’olio, il vino non ci va, quanto per le carote e il sedano
