How to Farm a Mythic Unique/Resplendent Spark Every 2 Hours - Full Guide - Diablo 4 Season 5

Since so many people are asking, this is how I calculated the overall chance of getting a Mythic Unique after killing 12 Tormented bosses:
The likelihood of getting at least one instance of an outcome with probability P after n independent trials is 1-(1-P)n. n being an exponent, but YouTube doesn't let me put it up there.
For our case in the video: p=0, 075 (so 7, 5% to get a Mythic Unique from 1 Tormented boss kill) n=12 (we kill the boss 12 times)
And this results in 1-(1-0, 075)12 = 1- (0, 925)12 = 1-(0, 392) = 0, 608. So 60, 8% chance to get at least one Mythic Unique if you kill 12 Tormented bosses.

Nice explanation. I think it’s a good way for casuals to get the mythic unique without having to pay billions on the boss materials. It’s always hardest / most stressful getting that first mythic drop. Happens at different times for every player

thank you- this is great information for Season 6 as you can follow your tutorial, and simply exclude the Eternal Hordes, as there's no Stygian Stones now-also there are additional chests in Helltide, so this will work well with 1 strong champion in Torment 3-4 (T3/t4) in my opinion; fyi: you can also search for COOP teams in ANY region at bottom of map screen-cheers

Interesting to see how D4 is being played on a whole different level. I just started 2 weeks ago and only have a lvl 87 rogue and have zero chance to do your plan but I’m not far from getting a Mythic Unique from Istel after all the Mothers Gift I end up getting, unless the last two stages require a ton more.
The gear she rewards is often 925 Unique or Legendary, some with GA. If you’re just starting or not already geared up make sure to go to Zarbinzet and talk to Istel, do her quest line, and then keep returning to get rewards

Great video, I hope blizzard doesn't count it as an exploit. As for the percentage chance, if it's 7.5% each run, that doesn't make it 60%, it's still 7.5% no matter how many times you do it. Like flipping a coin. It's always 50% heads or tails, even if flipped a million times. That being said, rng is rng and I have found 5 mythics in 10 runs, then none for 30. 1 difference that I do. I park 1 alt at the chest and another at the other chest. Cuts down on travel time to at least 2 chests. This does indeed work. Obviously you need RNG on your side but it won't work if you don't try. I got super lucky this morning solo. 1st Greg received Starless Skies

Its not a scam its all RNG, I have done tormented Grigore 40 times and havent got 1 mythic. So consider yourself lucky.

Hi Man, great advice, even tho the title might be a bit misleading, you can expand this to as many alt account as you want and farm runs, which will lead to more mythics.

I was doing this farming on helltide with a single account and farmed 300 living still, had plenty of fun with 20 runs of grigore, doing this with my 3 account, easy 60 runs, if you dont get a few mythics with 30 runs you are unlucky af xD jajaja even if they fix the cynder being accumulated in the other char, even doing the blood maiden and doing it manually in one hour with 3 char we can farm 30 living steel.

An interesting thing is that the chances of dropping a mythic unique seems to raise a bit when you're killing the boss in a party, ESPECIALLY if you're the party's leader. So if you kill the boss 12 times, then you do have a chance at it. It's something I'll try, because I need a Doombringer for my blood surge necro hehe

RNG, might do this 15 times and never get one. Might get 2+ on the first kill. Legit farming method that can help speed up the process for sure tho.

As someone how farmed for mats just like this the chances for a mythic unique is 50:50. You get it or you don't. (Also just came from the resplendent spark "farm" I'm getting it down to 2.5 hours. It works great, )
