In the first video of our Talent Management Series with Fiona Donnelly of Nexus Consulting, we discuss the rise and importance of two very important topics, culture and recruitment bias. In a modern workplace, different cultures, ethnicities and abilities need to be accepted and embraced to allow for a more inclusive and positive environment. To do this, companies need to understand their current culture and outline gaps, in term creating a recruitment process that is inclusive and removes the recruitment bias that is all too common in the current hiring process.
