I remember 2 years ago listening to this, I was at my lowest, most broken point. I genuinely wanted to die and had a plan, I doubted I'd be alive at my 13th birthday, but I'm here now. I made it, my life isn't perfect, but I have moved forward. Whoever is reading this, you matter, and you'll make it.

EDIT: I'm shocked how much this post blew up!! On December 11th 2023 I attempted to take my life, but I woke up, and a few days later talked with and friend and he told me this - "When I think about suicide, I don't think it's selfish or all that bad. It contradicts everything I've ever done. The rationale behind it has its reasons that make sense and that doesn't help with seeing an option to live. Though when I go about things and think about it randomly or whatever, it seems more like an option. When I'm really down it's more of a choice I have to make. I just stall myself out instead of thinking what to do or how to stop it. Because if I do that, I'll be around another day and push through whatever simply because I'm alive and I have to. " and I think that's very true, I choose to live now simply because I'm already here and supposed to.

EDIT 2: Yesterday (Jan 13th 2024) I overdosed on an OTC painkiller. It was incredibly painful. I had abdominal pain, and a hot sensation that would come in waves. I don't want to go through that again... please recognize that suicide is pretty much never painless, and YOU CAN get through things. Weather your issues are family related, abuse, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, you name it, there is hope for you.
