I am Hungarian, so I live in the country where this movie was made, and I am so happy it gets some international attention! It is one of the best animated movies I saw in a long time, a very unique reimagining of the Native American creation story with amazing symbolism and an important message.

As a Māori animator aiming to share our stories in 2d this is so inspiring ❤ but whether it’s culturally authentic I’m weary as I haven’t seen it yet

It reminds of the animation of Wolfwalkers, and the story looks so good, I can't wait to see it 😍

Now, this is a film worth watching and giving the times that we’re living in, the indigenous people of America are finally being heard in all forms of media. I hope this one is, at least, a nominee mentioned in the next Oscars.

Whoever made this movie understands the legends of Lakotan history.
It's about time.
No more crying Italians.

I studied at the same university where the director teaches. I saw early sketches and animations from him when he was presenting at the university for everyone to see. I've been obsessed with this movie ever since. As a lover of Native American culture, I was surprised to see that someone from my country, Hungary, would create an animated movie about it, no less. It was an honor to witness how it developed and how great it turned out, just as I secretly hoped. Watch if you can, you will LOVE the hell out of it.

Yes. I saw it last year in the cinema. It is so good when a great hungarian movie is going to be available online. Now I can show it my family.

This looks so ethereal and beautiful. I’ve always been fascinated by native mythology and culture but know so little about it

Looks incredible. Gives me vibes of Unicorn Wars or Princess Mononoke.

It’s like Disney’s Pocahontas meets Genndy Tartakovsky’s Primal with a smidge of Wolfwalkers!
