At first, it sounded passable either way. The more I listened, the more it sounded male. It took a re-listen, asserting to myself that it could also fit a feminine context (I know, that's not the point, but neutral wasn't doing the trick in my head). If I had to choose, I'd easily say it sounds mostly masculine with a slight feminine touch which seemed more prominent at the beginning.
