You don't talk too much, perfect and concise information. Also your reviews are mostly flying capabilities and things potential buys want to know. This is why we call you "The Great Quadcopter 101" Thank you for all you do!

I have had my mJX X 600 for a week now. I have to flown it 4 times. I have depleted the battery until the lights blink. This hexacopter and my X 6 both are remarkable quads and hexes. Recommending this is a good thing. I wish all of my quads flew this good. Keep up the good reviews.

The Quad/Hexacopter hobby just keeps going at warp speed.  I stopped looking at them in March after buying 4 and having to hear it from the wife daily.
Happy to see the new additions to the Syma line and this Hexa Copter looks fun as well.

I do no think you talk too much. The more details the better. Thanks for the videos.

paul t,
1) Turn on the quadcopter and place it on a flat and level surface.  Let it sit undisturbed for at least 5 seconds for its gyros to initialize.
2) After the 5 seconds, turn on the transmitter.
3) Move the left (throttle) stick full up, then full down, then full up again, then full down again.  (MJX quadcopters require moving the throttle stick up/down twice).

If the above doesn't work, the next thing to check is your battery.  A low power battery will prevent binding the quadcopter.  If your charger uses a US wall plug adapter, sometimes that adapter doesn't make proper contact in the wall outlet.  Backflow from the battery can light up the charger, giving false indication that the battery is properly charged.  To prevent such, try the following in the sequence shown.
1) Plug the charger into the wall outlet.  Verify the power light comes on and shows green indicating power is flowing to the adapter.
2) Carefully plug the battery into the charger plug. Verify that the light changes to red indicating charging.
3) When fully charged (about an hour), the light should change back to green. Insert the battery into the quadcopter and try binding again.

Bought one of these after watching your review, have flown it a dozen or so times now, been following your instructions on learning how to fly a quad, and tonight I pulled off my first banked turns and a few sloppy ovals. It was really cool to do more than forward and back, and zig zagging.  Thanks for all your help

I have the runcam, which do you think would be better for a camera bird? The syma x8c or x600? I want something steady and reliable.

So I received mine today. Very excited. Except they messed up my order. I ordered 2 extra batteries, and one set of new blades. I ended up with 3 sets of extra blades.

Cannot seem to open the door to get battery out. Directions are not very detailed. Loosening the one screw, but doesn't open. Don't want to break anything. Hope it works out soon so I can PLAY!!

After you said don't get dirty in the motors everytime I go out to the Everglades it's very sandy out there like the desert. I just bring the top of pizza box for takeoff and landing on pizza box for takeoff and landing on does a good job. Or just bring a piece of carpeting. I do that too

Hi, it's me again. :D I am seriously obsessed with these multicopters, and am interested in purchasing one.  I've been looking at a lot of these videos from you, and other quad and multicopter reviewers. I don't have very much money at all (I'm a 17 year old unemployed teenager), so I have been curiously browsing in order to find the best quad or hexacopter for my money. I have a few questions.

1. Does this particular hexacopter still fly? Has it worn much? Does it fly at  the same quality as it did when you first received it?

2. If I purchase on of these, with proper maintenance, could I make it last several years? Will the battery last as long as the copter itself?  In this hexacopter, can the battery be replaced?

3.Have you experienced any wear and tear with this since you reviewed it in this video? If I purchase this, what could I do to make sure it has the longest lifespan possible?

Thanks, I really enjoy your videos.

Please demonstrate headless mode with yaw rate adjustment. Most copters can't do a slow motion yaw for video. Looking forward to 808 demo! Thanks for posting!

That looks pretty neat. I get my Venture today for my aerial video quad. I tried FPV on a quad for the first time the other day. I put a set up on the Tarantula. I must say it was kind of hard to do. I could not tell if I was moving forward or backward unless I was moving quickly. A lot of practicing in my future for sure. Funny how it isn't so bad on a plane since you always know you are moving forward.
