After big snowstorm, cold is 'life-threatening'

Crews are working to keep roads passable as dangerously low temperatures hit the northeast.

I hate having to be away from my home during really cold weather.  You need to be home to protect your house, checking water sources and being there to know if your power goes out.  Also, often car batteries fail you in this weather.  If at all possible, it's wise to stay at home during severe weather, bosses.

So are you saying he owns the street and nobody has the right to an empty spot. Tough luck you move it you loose it.
