I love that you're embracing your curls, Cassandra! You and I have a similar hair type, and learning to work with it and not against it is so difficult! I have found that I cannot brush it comb it at all. I just put my curling product in with my fingers while I'm still in the shower and then I towel dry and air dry. If I so much as touch it before it's completely dry, the curls fall out and I can't get them back.

I use the verb leave in conditioner. I have wavy hair, so sometimes I will do this process and it always looks so nice! Some people make the routine so *meow complicated when it doesn’t need to be

My daughter is 5 and has the craziest curls. No idea where she got them. It took me a few years to figure them out, but yeah, we do this every night. I love Verb products! They're so good! In the mornings, if it's not too bad, we'll wet the curls down again a little, and just lightly comb the biggest tangles out with a very wide tooth comb, and throw some curl cream in and then finish with Verb.

When I recognized I have curly hairs I bought Tangle Teezer "The Wet Detangle" and brushed my hairs over the balm and DAMN IT WORKS❤❤❤

I have 3b curl, brushing would exacerbate frizz, never brush wet hair with traditional bristle I use a wide tooth comb only after shampooing/conditioner when hair is sopping wet, then comb through a leave in conditioner

I am pretty sure you apply the gelfoam before you brush style it. The hair clumps together better, if you have the gelfoam in. It's more stable

L.U.S isn't a brand readily available in the UK unless I want to spend obsence prices because imported, is there anything else anyone would recommend?
