Grim Dawn PRM Spellbreaker - 241% Casting Speed testing

I seccessfully made a hardcore PRM Spellbreaker on third try.

This video is me pushing casting speed to the fullest, it is possible to push even more casting speed to around 250% with more point in Mental Alacrity and min-maxing other slots. After testing with Reckless Power + Ascendance, the casting speed capped at 250%.

How I reached 241% casting speed with Maiven's Sphere on (-12% casting speed)
-Mental Alacrity 13%
-Pneumatic Burst 15%
-Wand 21% + component 6% = 27%
-Focus 23% + component 7% = 30%
-Hands 19% + component + 10% = 29%
-Amulet 5% + Augment 2% =7%
-Ring (1) 4% + Augment 2% =6%
-Ring (2) 8% + Augment 2% =10%
-Belt 5%
-Head 4%
-Medel 7%
total 153% - 12% = +141% casting speed
