I took Wheat and Honey Nut Chex cereal, adding some Smoked Paprika, Crushed Red Peppers, Italian Seasoning and baked @ 250 Degrees for 1 hour. Every 15 minutes toss everything on a parchment lined baking pan. These are SOOO crunch and get a hint of sweet from the Honey Nut and the chopped Walnuts and Peanuts just hits the spot. A snack bag sizes keeps me from Overeating! Enjoy!

I might try this but will SPRAY with Avocado oil after spreading it on the baking sheet before adding seasoning. Also, I know you weren't able to get the Rice Chex, but those are my then some Corn Chex too 😊 I love Chex Mix and haven't had any in years!!! Now thanks to you, I want some 😂Hugs....Janie
