Anyone please help, brand new GoPro got delivered yesterday and normal GoPro mode is fine, but if I do a 360 video then upload it to play it, it's all blocky and flickering shadows etc.. I've rang go pro support and they told me to manually do a firmware update off the website.. did that and still the same issue.. any help whatsoever would he appreciated.. I really don't want to return it 😔

I hear a lot of bad things of this action camera and great things as well.
I was debating whether or not to get it and get the insta 360x3 which I heard it is far superior in many aspects to the gopromax.
But one of the reasons I didn't want to invest in the insta x3 is that the lenses, if they get scratches or damage you have to send it for repairs, in areas where the gopromax has replacements available and there is no need to send your camera and get charged over 100 bucks just to get it fixed.
I think that despite being almost 4 years since it came out it is still pricey, but I got a 100 bucks off on B buy at open box excellent condition.
Otherwise you have to pay 399 plus tax if you get it brand new.
I see a lot of videos of this gopro max and there may be better options I had to give this a chance without spending too much money.
