Dear, I have followed your previous video on installing DD-WRT in my LinksysE900 router.
I have my R1Primary (TPLINK) with (192.168.0.1) and R2 (LinksysE900) with (192.168.1.1), I changed R2 (LinksysE900) IP address to (192.168.0.4) and now it stopped working could you kindly advice how to proceed?

is the repeater speed limited by 54Mbps if I have a Linksys WRT54GL? If my ISP is giving me 200Mbps speeds, will the router as a repeater allow those speeds?

Not sure what is wrong but I have done the same but... randomly... repeater router is not connected to the main router.
I have used some 2015 firmware I had it installed long time ago and I have tried the latest beta as well.

When it works, it works. Rebooting the repeater mode router does not work but I need to reboot the main router to get it working.
But... all other devices that were connected to primary wifi was and is working fine.

Very frustrating.

Maybe I'm using the incorrect terminology. What I want is to set up a normal network wifi and some wired devices inside my travel trailer "camper", when I go to a place that has free wifi, I just want the router to connect to their access Point but keep my network up and running with my Ip's and such. So I can still have my network up and map drives and stuff will work without internet, as soon as I connect to their Access Point I get internet. Hopefully this makes since.
