Hold that judge accountable and the DA for failing to prosecute this criminal to begin with! He should of been incarcerated! Why does it take the media to bring this to attention! If this story wasn't on the news nothing would've ever been done. That woman has to live paralyzed and the actions of the city just revictimized her. But what's ironic is there are ppl who will demand the thug gets sets free, cause he has lived an underprivileged life, and is misunderstood.
