Happy Labor Day to y'all sir. Thank you for all your tips and educational videos about how to train your dog. The biggest mistake I see is people thinking dogs are like people. Dogs are like dogs. However, like people dogs need a good strong leader of the pack. Dogs see life like this. If you have only one or two dogs you need to establish yourself as the pack leader. I was watching The Dogist on TT. He ran into a Great Dane who lived in an apartment. The owner said, “Because I live in a small space, I thought I needed a big dog or a small dog”. He said that because a Great Dane is so big, he will take him outside for one hour-twice a day, run around and get tired so quickly, that he will sleep for hours when they get home.

It kind of made sense to me. I’m not thinking of doing that, but I wanted to hear your thoughts.

I have a Pitbull/Cane Corso puppy 6 months to the date. He’s 65-70 pounds already and going to keep getting bigger and bigger. I don’t know if he is beimg aggressive or play biting. Even if it is play bites his bite force is still enough to seem like a full on bite. Add on lock jaw and he can really hurt someone. He also jumps up and tries to dominate my little brother and seems like it’s only him that gets treated that way. Any tips?

Hey kinda doubt youll see this but whats a good dog for hot areas that is like a family gaurd dog, ive seen you videos on family gaurd dogs but Im moving to costa rica and imo its like constant 80+, do rots do well in heat ? And you said argentinian doggos are too hard to own
