Let’s just take a look at them. From the front the2 watches are so similar.. squarish faces, rounded corners and a single button on the right of the watch face. Even the straps look and feel almost identical. Let’s take a closer look. The GTS 1’s watch case is aluminium alloy.. the 2.5 D glass curves down and looks almost seamless as it covers the watch case. For a rather large watch the weight is just 25g.
The GTS2e has taken the GTS1 simple and straight forwad design and added finesse and premium feel.
Dimensions wise the GTS1 is 43.3 by 36.3mm while GTS 2e is 42.8 x 35.6.Considering the display size is the same, the bezels are slightly thinner on the newer model.
Let’s get over to the straps, as you’ve picked up already, both have 20mm replaceable straps. If we look at the clasps, they are classic watch type but if the GTS1 has a plastic clasp, the GTS2e has a steel one.
