What a lovely home - that view is everything! You mentioned that you are there part-time, in tandem with Costa Rica. If I may ask, do you pay for your apartment year-round as a home base or for shorter periods (by the month or for a season)? I'm trying to figure out the best way to divide my time between two countries without having to buy property just yet, or continually rent Airbnb's each stay.

I visited Nafplio for a few days last year after a week of sailing. I can very much see myself living in Nafplio. After the first day, I started looking up real estate prices! Lol I'll be back for sure!
