As a black person who grew up without a father I think there is a cultural problem with a lack of black fathers in the home,
and it is bit of a mentality problem some men feeling it ok to have multiple baby mothers. I don't think its racist to point out the wrongs in a culture.

I have 100% proof of that. My husband tested highest in his class, going for a fireman's position. He was told they had to place a woman, a black and Hispanic ahead of him. They told him to come back and test again next year. Not fair. We had a family of six. We were trying to better our lives. He tested the highest in the class, but because he was a white male, he got pushed to the back. He never got the opportunity again. Im sick to death of people complaining that white people get hand outs its a lie, and this was back in 1994. This has been going on for a very long time.
