The reason why this movie and the dancing scenes were so good, it’s because almost all of them are real dancers and choreographers, not only actors. And that’s why so many dance movies fail, they get actors and train them to dance… but they are not actual dancers.
Step Up 2 is what you get when you hire people that knows what they are doing.

I've just re-watched the Step Up series and I have to say the final dance in Step Up 2 the Streets is definitely the best! The music, the movements, the choreography, even the rain...everything! 👍 And what would it be without Moose, he's just the king of the dance floor 😏😎 I love his moves! Also, he always reminds me of Michael Jackson, I don't know why 🙈🙃

It is beyond me how they filmed it and how the dancers could pull this off on a slippery watery surface. They are phenomenal. And the scene is one of the most memorable scenes out there for me in the movie history.

-Kido's punch moves and Cable's reaction 4:12
-The CPR move between Andie and Chase 4:18
-The "resurrection" scene with Moose 1:22
-Andie's entire solo part from 3:42-3:52. The robot, Michael Jackson, the finger bite, them hips, girl was killing it

I loved this movie as a kid, it's still as great as I remember
