Wish I could run across such a singer to join along with my jazz songs. They say age is nothing but a number. I happen to be afraid of the jazz world but willing to free style out the nature of vocal sounds. Love will prevail. God bless! I love the sound of Ethel Ennis.

A wonderful singer! Just terrific! Boy could she sing! She should have been a lot bigger than she was. When I think of all the no talented gimmick singers they have today, I just want cry, that someone like Ethel Ennis never got the audience she deserved. She is gone now. I just discovered Ethel. She's better than EVERY popular female singer on the radio today. Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, etc. NONE of them could carry a tune like this lady. She was wonderful. Saw her in a clip singing the Star Spangled Banner at the 1979 World Series and came right here looking for her.
