My father also did it in Louisiana. Judge put him in jail for 3 hours. He came back into the office whistling. Asked him why, he stated he pick up 4 new cases there!!! Lol

If the Judge is unhappy with an effective defence, it demonstrates clearly his/her prejudice, and that, regardless of testimony, that Judge had already decided the defendant's fate, and guilt!
Such a Judge should be thouroughly investigated, and EVERY case upon which he/she sat, should be reopened and retried.
Such bias from a Judge is intolerable!

Happened to my uncle in a traffic violation. His friend Rick was identified by the police officer, Rick was at work at the time of the incident. Case was dismissed. Judge was pissed

The one time I had to testify in court, they tried to fool me. I had to wait in the hall because they wanted me to do a lineup ID. I was brought into the court and they had a line of men (about 6) standing there and they asked me to identify the man who robbed me (the store). He wasn't in the lineup and I told them so. They took me out and then after a few minutes they brought me back in. He was in that lineup and I pointed him out. When I was questioned on the stand by the defense, I was given the Polaroid pictures that the detective had shown me when I first identified him. He tried to point out that he had a little different color hair than the other men in the pictures and that must have been why I picked him. I said, "No. He has strangely shaped and placed eyes so that other stuff doesn't matter. He looks like a gawdamned boy scout today compared to how he looked back then." (He had a shave, nice haircut and clothes in court probably thanks to his rich daddy and expensive lawyer.) The prosecutor stifled a chuckle. The defense lawyer then showed me a picture of a rifle. It was pictured lying on a table. He asked if that was the weapon used. I said, "I don't know because it was pointed directly at me, not lying on a table. But it was similar." The prosecutor had a big smile on his face.
He ended up in prison for many years and had his time there extended because he was a bad boy during his stay. I was kept informed about his unsuccessful attempts at parole by the DA office and detectives.

I think this right here is a good demonstration of why we need a complete overhaul of the justice system. I couldn't give a s*** less if the judge is unhappy, it's called Justice not your feelings.

"The judge was so unhappy" then that judge needs to be questioned and reevaluated for being a leader in a CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM
