Why should I pay reparations none of my grandparents came to the US until 1910 and 1930. They all lived in the NY Tri State and none of them owned slaves. My Great Great Grandparents were Serfs owned by Russian Nobles My Irish Grandpa had his farm burnt to the ground by the English. Everyone of my grandparents arrived as peasants. I would never think of demanding Reparations from Russia or England and I am not paying Reparations for something none of my family had any part in. Pre Civil War 4% of Americans owned slaves get your reparations from them
