This is very true. They will destroy themselves unless they humble and repent before God. But it's very important that you go through narcs in your life. It's the absolute necessary way for you to grow spiritually. And that you understand this is not about them but it's about YOU. God could give you anything with like a flick of the switch but He won't. It is called refining you through the fire. That's the only way to grow closer to Him spiritually. And understand that God's timing is completely different to our's. You need patience and determination. It took almost 50 yrs (I'm 47) that I got a dream from Him but it happened right after I had finally topped myself against very narcsissistic type of behaviour against multiple people almost at once.
However you should always tell the truth to narcs even if it makes them angry...it's just like Jesus told the truth to pharisees. And they crucified our CREATOR. That right there tells you how weak the accuser spirit is. They can't stand the truth. Never back down from the truth. God is on your side.
