He's says "a little thirty minute painting" and "I was never really good at painting landscapes" and draws the best landscape I've seen in my life

I don’t often paint or draw but your video’s inspired me to do a little Over the Garden Wall inspired watercolor as a random gift for my sister and it felt good to be creative, so thank you😊

I don't even know if you're seeing this but sir you're my biggest inspiration EVER actually i get into art block alot cause I'm a young artist and I just feel like I can't balance school work and art my dad isn't very supportive of it but I completely understand him school is important but i can't just get over quitting art because art is quite literally my life whenever I'm stressed or worried about absolutely anything i just draw to get my mind off of it art is my comfort medium even though I love drawing sometimes I feel like quitting it all together that's where u come in
Ur quite literally the one helping me hold onto the thing i love most so thank-you so much sir ❤❤

Scott,
Not sure if you'll see this but I wanted to let you know how awesome you are. Im a young artist and you are my biggest inspiration. I watch your vidoes everyday, study your art, and (even though I believe there is no bad art) hope to become as good as you someday. Even if i believe theres no bad art I have a really hard time dealing with anxiety about what people will think if they see my art so I dont usually draw around people or show them. I got two of your posters for my birthday and was literally shaking from excitement when I got them (they just arrived a few minutes ago).
Your words have given me a lot more freedom in my art and confidence to try new things, practice, and not be ashamed of any "bad art" I create.

I could write a book about how much you inspire me but I dont think theres room in a comment ;)

Thank you ×♾️

I talked to my art teacher about creating something like this and she was super excited about it, so I'm really excited to hopefully see something similar in school. I'm also going to talk to my local librarian tomorrow. I think this is a cool series, and I hope that you continue doing these and having fun with it.

This one is stunning, so soft! I love your portraits, and hair paintings, l but - maybe because it is different - this one immedietly grabbed my attention

People are something I’ve always wanted to learn how to draw, but it almost feels impossible when there’s so many ground rules that I don’t know about, and yet those ground rules seem different from artists to artists. It’s like I can never find a universal known about method to draw a simple head, not that they are simple at all. Or maybe, there are no ground rules, maybe it’s just all about try and error. (So far I have a lot of errors). But I would really love to one day get super good at it, and just do it on the spot. Stuff like going to cafes and drawing people without them knowing, and being able to draw a realistic and detailed but yet abstract looking head in just 10 minutes, and acing the techniques on both paper, but also and iPad, or something like that, that could be so cool to learn. And I’m not only learning because it’s cool, but because I love seeing something that I’ve made and put effort and time into, slowly coming to life, and in the end have a beautiful peice of art that I’m proud of. I guess it’s just about getting into the habit, and being consistent and open minded. At least it’s easier to make a habit, than it is breaking one.❤️😸
