When you drink magnesium citrate it cleans you out!!
If you take this regularly than you need to eat differently

I would do this allot sooner than adviced. In my procedure was on Monday. I would start this on a Saturday just not eat anything.

This is for colonoscopy ? because they gave me this big drink n I told the preparer I did not want to drink that . Then I was told to take citromax and no place had that n this is what they had . The preparer told me to take citromax over the counter with the ducolax same way it’s described here . I hope it’s the right one
