What I've learned in this video is how to measure a specific angles in a circle. This lesson is easier to understand for me because I already have a knowlegde about basic terms related to circle such as cicumference, radius, and diameter. Consider, for example, The set of all points in a plane that are equidistant from a fixed point called the center is known as a circle. Any line segment from the circle's center to any point is known as the radius. A chord is a line segment with its endpoints on a circle. Many other words connected to circles include semicircle, arc of a circle whose endpoints are the diameter's endpoints, and many others. Semicircle and major and minor arc were also discussed together with the central angle, secant, and tangent. 10D-Mamugay- Thank you for that lesson Maam! I have learned that In a circle, or congruent circles, congruent central angles have congruent arcs. An inscribed angle is an angle with its vertex "on" the circle, formed by two intersecting chords. In the diagram at the right, ∠ABC is an inscribed angle with an intercepted minor arc from A to C. 10M-Opsimar, thanks to the lesson of Terms related to Circle and Chords, Arcs, amd Central Angles I could easily identify what the radius, chords, diameter and arc looks like and like I also learned about their different characteristics which were definitely useful on the next lesson. Also in this lesson I learned about the two types of arc which are called minor and major arc, and also the difference between a secand adnd tangent, lastly I learned where the central angles were located.
