The "Boys will be boys" clause in the employee handbook is actually crazy and soooo inappropriate. Being honest, even if the lawsuit goes through, it doesn't matter monetarily to Mrbeast as a company. If they have to pay, they will. Then they will sweep it all under the rug just like other multi million companies have done in the past.

We only see the end product not the work conditions. Laws like minimum wage, overtime, and safe working conditions are there to protect employees and if they're being violated, companies like Mr. Beast's need to be held accountable.

The sad thing is yeah its NOT really gonna do anything to Mr Beast at all. Hes still gonna be doing what hes doing, and its not going to effect him. His target audience is children who are too young to understand or care that hes a piece of shit. I mean since this all started hes gained 16 million subscribers... So yeah this is all just gonna roll right on by and it wont have effected him at all.
