FYI, their customer service isn’t the greatest. My husband has an awesome pair of sunglasses from Chrome Hearts that he purchased a few years ago. He wore them daily for years and the finish started breaking down on the ear pieces. The beginning of August we took them to the boutique in Las Vegas for them to send out to repair. We haven’t heard a thing since. I’m glad you did this video so we can reach out to them to see what the heck is going on. Their sunglasses are incredibly cool, very unique and really shield the sun. We know because we live in Scottsdale, AZ.

Back in 2018 I was visiting NYC and came across one of their stores. I have heard of the brand once, but wasn't ever familiar with their products. I spent some time looking around at their stuff, but their products is out of my price range, and not really my style. Learned a lot today, great video!

I have been to 3 Chrome Hearts stores and thus far have only bought shirts. However, they seem to think that I’m interested in exotic hide handbags. I get contacted on a regular basis about some sort of gator or ostrich for $25, 000. There was a gorgeous red one and the lower Manhattan store but I cannot imagine myself going around with that.

Tamara K's fiance's obsession with the brand certainly shows it is a fashion insiders brand.

The uber-rich aren't impressed with seeing too many influencers at dinners and shows. They want to know that when they are going for an appointment, the money isn't going to a marketing budget, but to the House and the people they employ.

As a private company, customers have a level of trust that a board of directors and shareholders aren't putting pressure on the margins. That way the brand can afford to do small manufacturing runs.
