Carlock GPS Tracking alarm security. Learner Driver

I have taken a look at the OBD Carlock tracker, and i give you a run down and my first impressions of little device. I have to say that after using it for a while now it has lots of uses. It would be good to track milage in a works car or driving instructors vehicle, it could be used to find your vehicle when your out and far from where you started, maybe you have gone shopping and someone hits your car with a trolly in the car park this will alert you and you will get time to catch them, or just to monitor you battery in the winter never go out to start it and find it flat again..

I would like to add to this video, that the app was made around the iOS app as was the Carlock Tag, i have since spoke to Carlock about the difference in the apps they told me that they are working on making the Android app work as well as the iOS app.. also the Tag only works are bluetooth in the vehicle with an iPhone (iOS) and with an Android like my Samsung you need to keep the Tag on you and when you remove it from the vehicle it will arm the system. I will be speaking with Carlock to get a heads up on this. It is on there website on the Tag page see below


How to Install

The CarLock Tag does not require any installation. Place or attach the CarLock Tag somewhere on the driver’s side (iOS) of the car to ensure better signal when approaching the car or place the CarLock Tag in your wallet (Android).
