Modrons taste the way an old dictionary at the library smells.

I think that's an inspired answer 😂

I have a theory. Modron first appeared in late 1983. The Styx song “Mr. Roboto” was released earlier that year, and one of the lyrics is the famously misheard “modern man”, which sounds a lot like “modron man”. Does anyone else think this could have been some loveably dorky in-joke the whole time? This has been bugging me lately and I would love to hear other people’s thoughts on this.

I'm just glad we're getting around to the important questions here.

Escargot, all that work digging the meaty bits out. Escargot.

I feel because modrons are from the plane of lawful neutrality, they would be completely bland. Like a hard tofu

I would agree with Todd on the tasting like pennies, maybe nails. But I definitely like the answer she gave so much better.

Great answer. I would say depends on the motor on, this one tastes like Wonder Bread, goose grease and scrap metal. And that my friends is why Dungeons & Dragons is awesome, they're all right answers.

The weird flesh part tastes like very chewy pork. For some reason

Metal wrapped is a good alternative answer. Just sayin'

No, modrons come in different flavours. Some taste like Werther's originals, others like pennies, and then are other flavours too. I'll stand by this to death.

Whatever your GM says they taste like, that's what makes Dungeons & Dragons such a great game, they're all right answers

Depends on how you cook it, but brains taste a lot like calamari. Just saying

Modron do not taste, they come from the plane of law and balance, there's no way they have a flavor. Either that or they taste like plain bread
