I have always made content throughout my professional career, however, it has always been for someone else. In May 2020 I decided that it was time to create something for myself. Football Manager has always been a game that I have loved so wanted to take this opportunity to share some of the tips and tricks that I've learnt!

I used a very similar tactic with a few tweaks and it's the best tacfic I've ever used, play out of defence worked wonders and against stronger teams away from home play positive then maybe change to attack depending on how the games going

Used this as my 2nd season with Hibs after using Loki in the first and went ahead to win a treble with only 6 loses (3 of those losses to the top 10 teams in Europe).

Swapped to this mid season with derby. (1st season) gone and won 10 out of 11 with 1 draw averaging 3 goals a game. UPDATE WON 21 OF 23 WITH 2 DRAWS TO WIN THE LEAGUE WITH 104 POINTS. Now in the championship sat 3rd in January

Got Boreham Wood to the championship and was getting hammered in the championship. Now I’m im using this tactic im in a play off position in April 🙌🏼

It will definitely be very hard to top this 4-2-3-1. I don't usually play with big teams, but I ended up at Real Madrid in a roleplay save and with this tactic I won a quintuple and had an invincible season with 106 points in the league. I'm not particularly impressed by winning a quintuple with Madrid, but the invincible season on top of that is no easy feat. We also scored a whopping 155 goals in the league while only conceding 25. Goal difference +130 is crazy man 😂

This tactic is a cheat code, second season with sunderland finished top of the league on 119 points averaging 3+ goals a game and beat Leicester 7-1 in carabao cup final 😂

Ok, this tactic is literally cracked. Mid way into the season with Chelsea. After 21 games played 18 wins 3 draws. draws against brighton away, liverpool away, and man city away. Nico jackson tied top scorer with Haaland on 16 goals. Lots of goals, decent amount of clean sheets, and very fluid play. It has been a long time since i have had this much success with a tactic of yours. If you are on the fence please try this tactic! no OI or changing anything home or away. Very much a plug n play.

This is a cheat code. I shouldn’t be undefeated in the league by November with Swansea. I shouldn’t be smashing 4 goals past West Brom and Leicester.
