3:25 Funny you bring up the example of a documentary. I came across the documentary of Yung Lean nearly 2 years ago. Just clicked out of curiosity. And it instantly made me connect with him as a person, artist, and made me check out and fall in love with his music. I became his top 0.1% of listeners.

Fun fact: He inspired me so much, that I started making music myself. If you want so, you could way he made me 💙

There are a million guys out there teaching the same I go to Adam every. single. time. Completely sincere and honest, no fluff, no pretention, just honest, useful information. Hes uiltimately trying to sell you something but you could barely tell, its so tastefully done. I honestly believe this is the greatest resource for any new musician in 2023. Thanks for all the free help, Adam.

So refreshing to watch, I’ve been on and off with my music career for years and have found it hard in the past to pursue. I think for me brand development and social media has been the hardest. It’s difficult to keep people engaged in what you do and it’s hard when you don’t have the natural charisma but I agree we just need to be ourselves. Thanks Adam for the inspiration and motivation! I’m going to keep trying!

Thanks for your coaching Adam!! You are very wise and I will be using your advice for the upcoming release of my 11 song original album. I’ll be making music for the rest of my life now. 38 year old singer/songwriter with an amazing producer and vocal coach (lead singer of prism for 17 years). They both live 5 mins from me. My goal is to have 100+ songs professionally recorded in 2 years from now. That is 1 new song per week :)

I’ll continue to watch all your videos brother. Thank you for all your hard work!!

Hello Adam. I've been following you for 2-3 years, never having enough courage or hope to actually follow through with your advice. I write rock music (more specifically a little bit of rap mixed with rock and metal) and I'm a girl from Iran, where girls are banned from singing and rock music is also banned. Thank you so much for putting these videos out there. I would've been way more lost trying to navigate this industry without you and your videos.

Please do a deep dive on music distribution outlets and brand development. Thank you so so so much 🙏🏼🩶🥹

Hi, Adam! I've been watching your videos for quite a while now and I'm finally dropping my first pop-punk song tomorrow! I'm still putting together all my ecosystem pieces and learning along the way, and your content is helping a lot! Thanks! I'm so excited 🤩

Would love to hear about your perspective on "nuanced" musicians. i.e. people who aren't just a one-stop-shop for one single genre for the rest of their lives.

I'm a video game composer & singer-songwriter. While 90% of my singer-songwriter music blurs with my more cinematic/orchestral approach, I often find myself asking,

"How can I effectively be myself and brand myself AS myself when so many marketing courses will say that I'm doing it wrong because I'm more than 'one thing'"?

I'm going all-in as a composer & singer-songwriter with 0% shame attached. But it certainly makes marketing/etc. more challenging!
