Why don't we get rid of the Republican flat tax on income and go to a progressive tax on income increasing with higher earnings. How about taxing large corporations too? We used to do that before, but it all became a Koch Bros, Cato Institute, Goldwater institute utopia with over 15 years of Republican rule. That would cover most of our needs and Billionaires would still be filthy rich.

People abuse those services they use it as a taxi and housecleaning these aren't the services the caregiver are there for.let the family pick up the slack.

Let’s be clear here— this issue is NOT about stopping home health care. It is about reforming the payments from tax funds to FAMILY members for paid hours taking care of their own family. This is entirely a different ethical issue than what was insinuated in this report.
